The In-Line Oxygenation Kit designed by Blichmann Engineering™ sets your brew day up for success. The stainless steel diffusion stone dissolves oxygen into your wort to promote yeast health and vigorous fermentation. It also reduces lag times to produce the finest homebrewed beer without off-flavors from stressed yeast.
Unlike other products on the market, this product quickly and completely disassembles for cleaning and sanitation. We have also selected a stone porosity that is the perfect balance between small bubble size for quickly dissolving the oxygen, yet has the permeability for sanitizers to fully and quickly penetrate the stone for proper sanitation. Other manufacturers use stones so fine that sanitizers cannot penetrate them and they must be boiled to be properly sanitized. But not ours! Your success is our priority when it comes to brewing!

Most oxygen regulators only regulate pressure but the Blichmann Oxygen Flow Regulator allows you to dial in the actual rate of flow. Turn the dial to your preferred flow rate, measured in liters of oxygen per minute, and you can feel confident in knowing precisely how much oxygen is being introduced into your wort. It is important to know the flow of oxygen because depending on your downstream restriction the actual flow can vary a lot. Remove the guess work with the Oxygen Flow Regulator from Blichmann.
Measuring your dissolved oxygen usually would run you $300 or more but with the Oxygen Flow Regulator you can know exactly how much oxygen was put into your wort for less than $50.

Blichmann’s unique modular power controller lets you precisely control the power of your electric heating element from 0-100% power. Need to control more than one heating element for large kettles? Simply add up to 4 additional relay modules and drive them all with one power controller. Unlike cheap "dimmer switch" based power controllers, whose power output is not linear, the modular power controller is much easier to control the perfect boil intensity and heating rate. This is accomplished using a tried and true industrial technique called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). Simply put, it controls the percentage of time the heater is energized over a very short 1 sec interval. So turning the knob to “6” energizes the heater for 0.6 seconds, and turns it off for the remainder of the 1 sec interval. This robust reliable technique is gentle on your heater, is extremely linear, and doesn’t create electrical noise like other techniques can. See below for other great features.

No one likes waiting, and the QuickCarb keg carbonator by Blichmann Engineering is the way to eliminate the wait from carbonating your homebrew. This high-pressure co2-injection system from Blichmann Engineering™ will carbonate a keg in 30 minutes, with no chance of over carbonating your beer. All connectors are included, and the unit hangs from the front of your keg.
Use is simple, just sanitize the unit using the built in pump, and connect hoses to your Keg and CO2 system. Turn on the gas, plug in the unit, and 30-40 minutes later, your beer will be perfectly carbonated. Cleanup is just as easy, as you can run cleaner and sanitizer through the system using the pump as well.
90% carbonated and ready to drink in less than an hour with no risk of overcarbonation! Let it sit for a day for dialing in that final few percent.
