I originally got this when it first came out, specifically to make malzbier, hoping I could bottle straight from the unitank after a short 24hr ferment. That ended up not being the case since there's another step of pasteurization between fermenting and bottling, but that didn't stop me from transferring back to the unitank to cool, carbonate, and bottle after pasteurizing. In all these tasks the BrewKeg performed beautifully.I will say the size made it a little awkward cleaning, sanitizing, and recleaning in the kitchen sink. Also, I added a spunding valve rather than relying on the built in pressure valve. I did give a try when pressure checking and it was fine, but I prefer a little more precise control. Other than that the BrewKeg was outstanding. I wish it had come out a decade earlier so I wouldn't have wasted money on all the things this replaced. :)
