        We still use the original Vinmterica SC-100 and 100A to manage SO2 in our small winery. The straight forward, easily repeatable test provide confidence your wines are protected with the proper sulfite levels. Less expensive and more accurate than titrets, and much quicker than other methods, it is no longer a chore and just a fast, simple and accurate method to properly care for your wines.
