Difficult to get out of bag

I was lying about Mikey, but I like it.Nice flavor, no caramelized taste, nice and light color.Resealable bag.

I have used Brewmaster Ultralight Malt Extract several times. The results are always good.

I use a partial-mash technique and this is a excellent low-cost base LME - I've made tasty pales, IPA's, brown ales, and fake bocks with this as the base. Every brew gets great compliments.

My go to LME when brewing Ales.

I mostly brew Light, IPA, Scottish shilling or Irish Red and once in a while a Belgian style but this LME is used in all those recipies

I like the nice malt character it lends to my session IPA! It balances well with my usual heavy doses of hops!

I have had great results with this product. It helps to warm the LME bag in a warm water bath prior to adding it to the brew pot. Be sure to turn the heat completely off prior to adding the LME.

Do not make the mistake of leaving this LME in the refrigerator until it is ready to go into the kettle. Ask me how I know. This stuff is very thick and sticky. Frankly, it can be a mess to work with. However, the flavor is excellent and the resulting beer tends to be as well. The light/oxygen barrier packaging shows MB's dedication to quality.

When I was brewing extract this worked well. I had one batch that wouldn't ferment out and one of the possible problems might have been the extract fermentability but I couldn't know for sure. That being said, I brewed some beers that tasted excellent with this stuff.

this is the best and easiest malt extract for those that make bulk sterile jars of wort for quick and easy yeast starters.

This malt extract has been very useful in my partial mash home brews. The 4lb bag is a great size and the flavor goes well with your standard ales. I've used it in pale ales, ambers and IPAs with great success. The soft packaging is also very user friendly.

im always looking to create a great tasting beer and that means only using the best products. so to have a fresh malt extract base is always a must and i have yet to get a bad batch ( unlike some discount brewing stores)

Morebeer's LME has always been fresh and makes great beer every time I want to go extract to save some time on brew day (or to boost my gravity on big beers). One star deduction for the packaging- the bag it is packaged in can be tricky to get every last bit out. I have found that pulling the bag out of the fridge at the start of brewday and placing it near the kettle to heat up gets the extract flowing and makes it much easier to get the most out of the bag.
