        Don't think about it-buy it!

        Definitely worth the additional expense. I have a dedicated gas in line just for using the Tapcooler and this makes it so much easier to use.

        Way easier than using the hose adapter. Just hook your existing gas connection from your keg or from another keg to keep the one you are using to bottle from. Absolutely a must have

        I only have one regulator and 4 CO2 lines so I really didn't want to have to dedicate one line to be a bottle filler or have to pull a barb on and off. I was able to just borrow a CO2 line from another keg and fill my bottles. Easy to install on the TapCooler and easy to remove at the end of the bottling for cleanup. Highly recommended for ball lock setups.

        Makes connecting the gas disconnect to the Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler very easy. Highly recommend. Once it's inserted into the bottle filler I can't get it out though! I guess that doesn't matter if I intend to just leave it that way.

        Great product. If you bought the Tapcooler that already means that you have kegs and this unit attaches to the Tapcooler where that rinky dinky part that comes with it goes. Use your gray ball lock connection and attach directly to it. Just wish this was not an option when you bought the Tapcooler.

        I must have lost the plastic part because my valve leaks now. Is that sold separately?

        How is the adapter removed from the Tapcooler unit? It comes with a tool but it is unclear. Maybe you just have to pull harder than I have?

        You must use the wrench like tool to release the plastic splines. Gently pull the plastic up a millimeter or two so that the tool fits around the base. This tool pulls the splines so that they do not 'fish hook' into the side. Then pull upwards the adapter and it should come clear. You don't remove the plastic part only use the tool to stop the plastic part from locking the adapter.

        To me the tool is almost useless. It is to enable you to push down on the plastic gray ring to release the adapter. I found using my finger works easier though.

        You've got to push the grey oval shaped button in while pulling the gas ball adapter out. Cheers...... it's a great easy to use product without all the extra hoseing to hook up to fill a few bottles off keg

        You use the tool to keep the insert in place while you pull to remove the adapter. It does take more pressure to remove than you would think it should. I had the same hesitation the first time I changed it out.
