        Which size of replacement gasket fits the swing top for the 2L amber flip top growler (GL518)?

        GL518 fits my 2 Liter flip top growler. I got 5 of them just in case any other of my 3 growlers needs a replacement. They will last years in basement dry storage.

        What are the dimensions of the seal?

        The rubber seal is cone-shaped so it will expand once it is clamped but UNCLAMPED it measures 1 and 5/8 INCHES in diameter. You'll have to convert that if you want the measurement in metrics. The ceramic cap itself is 1 and 3/8 inches in diameter and 1 and 1/8 inches deep. At its widest the wire is 2 and 5/8 inches wide. BTW I chose to also add a cork for longevity (I make port wine) and had to look hard for ones that fit this growler. I found that a #12 tapered cork fits the bottle nicely.
