I used Super-Kleer on two occasions and it has been highly effective with stripping any color or bouquet from the wine. It cleared the wine within a few days and created very compact lees. I recommend this product.

Used it to clear a mead that I had aging for about 4 or 5 months it has a very thin whitish coating on top and it refused to clear on top of that. I added the super kleer exactly as the instructions dictated and the mead was bell clear within 48 hours and the whitish coating had also precipitated out with the rest of the haze.
