Used once so far will have to adjust mill gap seemed to let alot of small bits into the kettle even with .5 of rice hulls. It is also VERY SHARP around the outside edge sliced my finger pretty good removing the shipping wrapper.

Worked awesome! Kept the grist in the mash tun and let the wort flow perfectly!

Works well in a converted keg. I had to add a small piece of tubing to get it to draw liquid all the way down to the bottom.

When in use in my mash tun I was a little concerned about the gap between the outlet and the bottom of the mash tun and tried putting a short length of silicone tube but this ended up not working and I had to remove it. I was concerned about the amount of fluid left behind below the false bottom, but this turned out to be negligible.

Sparse not stuck the time. :) Fits nicely in a rubbermaid cooler.

I replaced my bazooka screen with this and could not be happier. when I vorlauf, my wort becomes much clearer and it happens much faster.

Have put this trhough at least 15 brew days and I love it. The only set back is (as mentioned by others), the sharp sides. I have gotten scrapes on the inside of my cooler from this, but thats about it.

This works great for the 10 gallon rubbermaid cooler. caution with the sharp edges. If you have a rust spot appear: 1 oz of starsan to 1 gallon of water works great.

I'm using this false bottom on a converted keg and it works great. I have a burner under my mash tun and it hasn't damaged this at all. I've also dropped this during cleaning and it didn't bend. Good quality.

Just read the description, anything smaller will give you problems

I ordered this product and I messed up the shipping address. I sent in an email to customer service after dealing with the postal service with out any resolution. Morebeer instantly sent me a new one, even though it was my mess up. The product works great and morebeer has a customer for life.

I bought the keg conversion kit and found that the screen that comes with it sits almost flat in the bottom of a 15.5 gal keg not allowing much flow. This false bottom is much better! I think It should be coupled with that kit as an option. Great product works flawlessly sparging even sticky mashes!

I purchased the false bottom when I converted a 10 gallon Cooler to a mash tun. I fly sparge and have used it many times and it works great nice clear run off every time!

Worth the price, works perfectly. Easy to clean, just spray with water, soak in PBW for a minute or two and wash off.

This false bottom fits wonderfully in the bottom of my Rubbermaid cooler. Nicely made; there isn't a gap between the bottom of cooler and the false bottom. It has a 3/8 fitting on the top yet I use 1/2 tubing going to my valve. A nice SS hose clamp take care of that issue. Weight/thickness of material makes it feel like a quality made product for many years of use.

I picked this up to fit in the bottom of my 15.5 gallon Sanke Keggle - very heavy, edges are a bit sharp but, it sits at the bottom of my tank, i'm not playing Frisbee with it! Works perfect!

Bought for False bottom in 10 gall Gott Water cooler Mash tun. Worked great, just a little bit of space under screen.Can handle heavy load of grain.

Good product made with quality material. a little sharp around the edges but once in place it's worry free. put my first all grain batch on top of this and it kept back the grains and allowed my wort to run through without any channeling of the grain bed. Fits perfect into my 10 gallon igloo and MoreBeer was on hand to answer all of my questions.Purchasing here is worth it for the customer service alone.
