Great aroma and bitterness

Great go to, all around hop.

Whether the hops are fruity or pissy, you cannot go wring with adding a little Simcoe to your brew. This hop took my beer from "the beer is great" to "Damn that's an incredibly amazing brew" with the just a 40% substitution of Simcoe.

Simcoe is the best hop for IPA's. Turns out great single hop IPA's, and blends very well if you want to add it with others -plays nice I guess I mean :)I love the packaging 8 oz and 1lb bags come in from MoreBeer because they are zip topped so you can just squeeze out thair and freeze for later. You don't have to tear the bag to get it open, then transfer to another bag to refreeze.

I was really worried when I smelled the hops, and it smelled like cat urine. I dry hopped 1.5 oz along with 0.5 oz of Amarrilo. The result was one of my best IPAs. I ordered more

I love me some Simcoe hops so fresh and delicious! Love to pair it up with Citra and Centennial!

Hop quality is the reason I switched from another online HBS to Morebeer. These Simcoe hops (8oz resealable bag) are the best quality Simcoe I've ever received.

This is what makes IPAs, IPAs. I always pair it with a more citrusy hop (like Amarillo or Citra) and it steps the beer up into a great IPA.

Most other online beer stores are out. Not here. Love it!!

Great earthy & piney hop for IPA's.

I don't use a lot of Simcoe, but I find it adds a great compliment to the usual IPA hops, especially Amarillo and Citra. I like it because it has a bit of pine/resin, but much more balanced that the usual piney hops.

I love to dry hop with Simcoe and use at flameout. Excellent aroma! Only wish morebeer would sell the typical IPA hops in a bigger bulk pack!

Quoting a head brewer for an awesomely-hoppy NorCal brewery, it rings true. Simcoe provides the flavor profile most hop heads attribute with "West-Coast" style IPA.I also like it in American Brown, as well as American Barleywine.I've never received 'catty' Simcoe.

I prefer the packaging that morebeer uses over other suppliers. Never had a quality issue with hops from them.

Perfect for sole hop IPA!

I use this hop along with cascade hops in my IPA. I will use 2 oz for dry hopping and these hops give that great fresh fruity hop taste in an IPA.

Simcoe is one of the new signature hops of craft beer! Love these hops.
