Haven’t used the sight glass just yet, but the quality seems good, and the short version will not get in the way. Will be ordering a set or 2 of seals to keep on standby

I have the medium (10 gallon)) BRewHa BIAC system. This is a great sight into dry hopping as I had hop pellets stuck in my pump and could not see the flow through the hoses. Now I can see the flow using a flashlight on the other side to shine through.

A great solution where bulky standard sight glasses get in the way. These sight glasses are used as cut in indicators during transfer from fermenter to bright tanks post filtration.

Awesome sight glass, nice and small does not add bulk to my system. I use this coming right off my pump and it is great. Nice small neat package but great view through the glass. Comes completely apart easily for cleaning. Highly recommended

Great product. I use it to see how much trub to dump and again when dumping hop cone, and yeast harvesting. easy to disassemble and clean then reassemble and sanitize. It has improved my process immensely.

What is the max PSI this model can withstand? No specifications in the description. Is it the same as the H664 models?
I cant answer this but I will tell you it works fine with my chugger pump. Seems to be of high quality and I have no complaints.
I used this for a little bit on a Spike conical and I never put more than 10psi into that fermenter. Although the fermenter itself was rated for 15psi so I would guess the site glass could withstand the same.

The replacement gasket is the 1.5" Tri-Clamp Gasket. They're under $2 each. You'll need 2.
Oh my for the glass portion? If so no I haven't had to replace those ....... yet
The best and only option I'm aware of is on Brewtechs website. On their website: Menu>Accessories>Replacement Parts>Sight Glass Inserts>2.25 Micro Sight Glass Inserts I've ordered this to have a spare around and can confirm it's a direct and easy replacement.

Is there a Temp Spec on the 1.5'' TC Sight-Glass mod# H665 or H664B..?
Yes the silicone seals and sight glass are temperature rated to be anywhere in the brewing process.
