Ok, first off full disclosure this was my first all grain brew after only 2 extract and one partial mash, so the details are a bit sketchy, I built a keggle system with a herms recirculation immersion coil in my hot liquor tank, so my mash temps were all over the place tying to figure out how to adjust the temps I would say on the high side 158 then down to 149 also did a fly sparge and put in way to much water, used english ale wyolabs yeast with a very active fermentation for 4 days, bottom line, after screwing up on so many levels while brewing, the final product after 4 weeks primary 2 weeks secondary 3 weeks bottle conditioning was really good , and that's not just my opinion I have given several bombers away to seasoned beer drinkers and have got rave reviews, I can only imagine how good it will be after I have several batches under my belt.. and brew it properly I will say it was really dark almost a stout but very rich and tasty
