        Handle with Care

        The Enolmatic filler is a godsend for home winemakers and even small wineries. The one caveat is that the fill nozzle is a bit delicate and if one loses control of the mechanism and the spring slams the filler shut you will be buying a new spout. I've gone through three in fifteen years. The last one just croaked on its own after a few years without the aforementioned slamming shut. I think the Italians need some work on theitrplastics.

        I also have used the Enolmatic and actually bought another one so I could knock out a couple of barrels with the same fun crew. Problem is I have had to replace 2 nozzles after a couple of barrels - I have had excellent luck until the last couple of nozzles. One cracked on the inlet tube and the other right at the joint where the wine inters and vacuum filler tube is. It is a great machine for our friends and family to use.

        After 15 or maybe more years of use filling thousands of bottles of wine the fill nozzle on my Enolmatic cracked. Since the Enolmatic was originally purchased from MoreWine I looked there for parts. They had the had the exact replacement. An easy install and I'm back bottling wine.

        Did anyone have problem with the flow through the head? The one I purchased in 2019 is totally obstructed wine doesn't flow through at all

        Ours was leaking from the O-Ring inside the nozzle so we were losing a lot while filling—we watched You-Tube videos for taking it apart and un-clogging the inside—putting back together takes patience and fortitude. You can also purchase a new nozzle apparatus and swap out but we needed it fixed sooner than when the part would be in. We saved the new part for next time. After a while it is common to have problems.

        Where can I get just the replacement o-rings for this nozzle?

        We also have trouble finding the o-rings. We have found that if you keep the o-ring in the fridge for a couple of days it gives it a new life for awhile. We have ordered a replacement top for the bottler which also comes with a new ring.We ordered it through Amazon. I hope this is of some help.

        they are almost impossible to find. I used similar ones from the hardware store. However the machine will still work without them.

        That I’m not sure I just looked for the whole nozzle. Sorry I couldn’t help you
