Using it for hard cider so far I am loving it

As a beginner cider maker I am experimenting with different yeasts and Cotes des Blancs was recommended in various places. I have had some batches finish dry - below .999 and some less so just depending on what it is feeding on. In all cases it has activated quick without nutrients added and completed fermentation in under 3 weeks most often less.

        Great yeast

I use this yeast for one of my licensed trademarked wine. I am a small winery I'm hoping with the Pro program that I will be able to purchase this yeast in 500 gram packages.

        Very sweet wine!

This is my wife's go to choice of wine yeast! Currently sampling some cherry wine which has been bottled for over a year. Very sweet finish! Wish we would have made more.

        Great for Cider

This is my go-to yeast for cider. Ferments dry, but still preserves the apple flavor.
