        BestMaltz Fan for years

        Many moons ago I saw Bestmaltz in a Homebrew shop. While I was checking it out(because it was and still is quite affordable) Another customer stopped and told me not to buy it. He said it was cheap malt and if I wanted "True pilsner malt" I should get the Weyermann pilsner. I then grabbed a 55lb sack of BM pilsen threw it in my cart and wheeled away. Never regretted buying BM. Their Kolsch malt is so good. Wish Morebeer carried it

        Best Pilsner Malt for a German-style, Saltine-cracker Pilsner Malt Taste!

        I enjoy a German malt with that Saltine cracker-focused Pilsner Malt taste; BestMalz Pilsen Malt provides that flavor more than some other brands of Pilsner malt (that I also enjoy), and with some subtlety still. If you want Saltine cracker taste "cranked up to 11" then go get Best Heidelberg Pilsner malt instead, or blend BestMalz Pilsen with Heidelberg to control the level of saltine cracker pilsner malt taste.

        Works great added to bread for a better rise. Just need a blender and 00 sifter.
