        Good! You won’t be disappointed.

Good heavy bodied coffee. Reasonably complex with a creamy mouthfeel. Not my go to favorite but I like it for a change.

Balanced, full body, but age variation between packages?

This is mostly my daily driver for espresso and I roast it to City+ to Full City+ on the Fresh Roast SR 800.I got the first pound as part of the starter kit, roasted it to first hint of 2nd crack in about 10 minutes, perfect shots all day with big body and nice balanced acidity, dark sugar, very nice. Uniform size and shape and roasted evenly.I bought the second 5lbs after I finished the starter kit and I noticed it had an earlier batch number. Using the same profile I was hitting first crack 2+ minutes earlier and often going straight into second crack, overshooting and getting acrid burnt notes. A couple pounds in and I think I've got the profile dialed in to get consistent results but not as good as the initial 1lb.Recommend buying in the 1lb quantity for hopefully fresher product.
