Made a starter with it for an hazy IPA. Fermentation is going strong.

I split a 10 gallon batch into two fermenters. Fermented one with Omega DIPA yeast the other with Cellar Science Cali yeast. The difference was remarkable! The Omega DIPA yeast created a much much juicier wonderfully hoppy nice and cloudy NEIPA. The Cali yeast batch was inferior in every way - thinner blander poorer. Needless to say the Omega batch is already long gone. This is my new house yeast!

No doubt the best yeast I’ve used for an IPA. Super flocculant (almost too much) and really showcases the hops. I’d recommend this to anyone making an IPA.
