    Right out of the gate, Mosaic® hops catapulted into the upper echelon of high-demand aroma hops. Now it's one of those hop varieties that even casual craft beer drinkers are familiar with. A go-to addition for modern West Coast IPAs and an almost ubiquitous choice for Hazy IPAs. Not only does Mosaic® crush it as a standalone in single-hop beers, but it's an addition that just seems to complement and enhance any hop you pair it with. Even with a high alpha content, the intense aroma of fresh pine, mango, blueberry and citrus are the main event when you brew with Mosaic® hops.         Mislabeled?

        These hops had a Mosaic label pasted over a Northern Brewer label. I don't have the nose to distinguish the difference - just putting it up here in case anyone else ever had that happen. They sure smelled fresh and otherwise seemed fine - just wondering how that could happen?!

        Mosaic is the smooth tropical hop, not catty or harsh like some of the others. More powerful aroma than flavor from the dry hop, which is what I wanted.I really like the packaging these come in b/cI don't have to re-package. Just squeeze out the air and freeze until next time. Good stuff, MoreBeer does things right!

        Awesome Aroma

        From my single hop experiment I found the Mosaic bittering to be a bit harsh on the back of the throat, but the aroma is fantastic. Me thinks that it should be paired with other hops, maybe Citra.
