Great little fridge for my home bar!!!

My old top-load freezer conversion remote draw setup failed a few years ago and the wife had been nagging me to replace with a purpose built front-load. Happened across this unit and was intrigued. Lots of information on the single-wide but very little on the double-wide. After two months of use pretty happy with it though a few opportunities for an improved future product. Pros: Fits two 1/2 gallon kegs or whatever else fits that footprint. (Currently have two 1/6's one 20L and one 1/4 tall) The built-in fan helps with uniform cooling especially with multiple kegs Fits close to back wall due to side condenser coils Very quiet (exceeded all expectations) Comes with two small pass-through openings Maintains temperature well when closed Cons: The two pass-through holes are around 7/8" (soda bottle size). Fine for the odd gas line but an engineering challenge for remote draw. Adding a single larger pass-through (1.5") in the center back would drastically increase the flexibility. The internal fan is held with some wonky bracket with at least twelve screws and who knows what. Once the fan fails or gets noisy (they all do) replacing looks like an ugly job instead of an easy job. The compressor controller will sometimes cycle on/off very quickly shortening its life. Better hysteresis is required on the controller. Temperature drops quickly even when door opened briefly and with a substantial keg load. Think this unit is at the top end of the compressors capability. Obviously this unit does not have anywhere near the sales volume of the single-wide and I commend morebeer for bringing it to market. Would love to see some improvements in a future unit (though hoping this one lasts me 5+ years). For a decent sized quiet back-bar style unit w/consumer-use warranty this is a solid option.

I spent a lot of time searching for the right kegerator. When I came across this one I just had to pull the trigger. Having the ability to have two full size half kegs with a smaller footprint was a great option. It holds temp with no problem. I've read complaints about it being loud but I disagree. Even at night when there is no noise you can barely hear it. I purchased the tower and other parts separate so I could get the options the way I wanted them. I have German kegs which are taller so I had to get the stainless elbows to fit them inside The extra cost for delivery compared to the free delivery for the single kegerator was well worth the price on this unit.
