I don't have a recipe for this but with homebrewing you can't go wrong. What is the worst thing that is going to happen? Slightly different beer? I love to try new stuff and that is what this is for me. Next!!

Excellent product great results for the price

but not so sure how well they milled it for me... saw a lot of whole grains in my bag. imparted a faint honey aroma, which is what i wanted.

If you do mostly malt extract brewing then you can't go wrong in using this malt, it smells like honey and it has a nice but not over powering flavor like the heavier colored malts. I also noticed that it gave my beer a sweeter smell but not much on the taste. Definitely one of my top favorites its a must try!

I use this in my IPA to get an additional nutty flavor along with the hoppiness of an IPA. It is a great addition in a partial mash.
