Nice quality stopper. Only problem I have with it is the larger hole is drilled a little too large to seal properly when using a racking cane. If the hole was slightly smaller it would be ideal

These work great. The ridges help keep the stopper in place, and the holes are the perfect size for a thermowell and airlock.

It works, barely, but I've nearly pushed it all the way into the carboy several times now and had to lever it out with a racking cane. If it was just a little larger or had a mushroom top it'd be great. As it is, I will be sticking with the standard rubber stoppers.

I wish it was just slightly bigger. To get a tight seal, you have to basically push this down into the neck of the carboy which makes it somewhat tough to remove. Otherwise this is exactly what I was hoping for.

what are the top and bottom diameters?
top: 2 inches bottom: 1 5/8 inches depth: 1 inch Softer than the white rubber ones. Easier to seal and remove.

Will the 1/4” hole work with 1/4” ID vinyl tubing? I want to use two blowoffs one being 1/4” and the other 3/8” vinyl tubing.
My recollection is that the stopper is relatively flexible so I think that would work depending on the actual OD of the tubing.
The 1/4" hole can accommodate tubing with an outer diameter of up to 5/16" and that will be a very snug fit.

Can I insert a 1/4" carbonation cap and 3/8" racking cane into this? I want to transfer my beer from my 7 gallon plastic fermonster to keg with little oxidation. I haven't seen anyone do it with stoppers before.
I purchased this stopper last week along with 3/8" clear plastic racking cane to do oxygen-free transfers from Fermonster. However the racking cane (which has OD slightly less than 3/8") slides loosely through the stopper's 3/8" hole not airtight. I tried putting the cane through the stopper's 1/4" hole very difficult and didn't want to force it and damage the stopper. Has anyone figured out how to do this? Lubricant needed? Thanks.
Those pieces would fit through this stopper and you will be able to do what you're thinking of. Please be careful when pressurizing plastic containers and be careful not to put so much pressure that is expands or bursts.

Will this work with the fermonster?
Yes. I am using it with my 7 Gallon Fermonster. Works so much better than traditional stopper which tends to slip when wet. This one is ribbed and locks itself in place ensuring an airtight fit.
Yes! It works great with a fermonster with the hole in the lid. I use it for for CO2 transfers. The ribs on this stopper make it the bees knees for this operation. Buy it. Now.
