        Good, but not great

I like Huehuetenango for it's unique Guatemalan flavor; what I call earthy and spicey. This coffee is good, but not great. Seems a bit muted. For the price per pound, I was expecting great.

        Good stuff albeit size variation

A lot of smaller and larger bean variations here but good coffee nonetheless

        Ohhhhhh..... The aroma.....

These green coffee beans are, by far, the best for the home roaster! When you smell them roasting you will be looking forward to brewing it. The flavor will not disappoint. I admire the people who climb the mountains to harvest these beans. There are none to compare to these. The high mountain terrain must be the trick to growing these coffee plants. Thank YOu, everyone....for bringing these beans to us to buy! They are special.
