Easy to add easy to clean works great to put my stout on nitro. Replaces my large nitro tap and now I can easily put nitro on any one of my Nuka taps.

I got this along with a Nuka tap, not so much for growler filling but more for the occasional couple of bottles I'll fill to cap and give to a friend. Filling squat 12 oz bottles from the tap works pretty well, but taller pint or 22 oz bottles prove difficult under the tap as there's not enough room. I tried using a longer tube, but that tended to create more foaming in the bottles, even with the keg pressure dialed down to 2 PSI to push the beer out gently.

I recommend you look for an alternative for growler filling from a Nukatap if using a tap tower. A growler cannot fit under a tap that's coming from a tap tower with this adapter without an intense S-curve that tends to cause air leaks between the hose and the faucet then AND foaming and make you really lean the growler over to remove the hose. I also get a load of foaming as this adapter causes the really small ID of the EvaBarrier lines to open up at the last second to a much larger inside diameter that also happens right at the point of typical maximum temperature increase. The result is very predictable foaming. This could work for some installations, but there's GOT TO BE a better option for growler filling from a tap tower installation...

Pretty simple and easy to use to fill growlers. What else to say?!

It has been a few weeks now since I’ve been enjoying the stainless steel Nukataps. I like their versatility with being able to switch out spouts and that they’re forward sealing. Easy to install the four taps and springs on my two kegerators. The growler spout is easy to put on. Just slip some tubing on the end of the barbs and you’re filling a growler the smart way!

When I got this, I asked around what the proper ID tubing I should get. The consensus was, since it's a 1/2" OD spout, a 1/2" ID tubing would be fine. It's not. Definitely get 3/8" ID. I wasted some money on tubing, now I have to get more.

Perfect, works as expected

Sometimes its the little things that make all the difference. Went from foaming everywhere when filling growlers to almost none. Easy to use as well, just unscrew the standard nozzle, and screw in the growler attachment. Of course you need to add your own hose.

It works just like it should. Screw it on, attach a hose and fill a growler.

This is one of those things you don't know how much you need until you use it. I had been filling growlers straight from the tap and getting them 3/4 full at best. Waiting for the foam to dissipate and then topping off just results in foam-over as the CO2 escapes faster than the growler can off gas. Filling from the bottom is the only solution. 10/10 would recommend.

I don't fill many Growler's so I use this mainly as part of my Draft line cleaning system. I mix up a gallon of LLC (item CL24) in a keg and hook it up to the gas & the tap. Replace the regular spout with the Growler Filling Spout with a three foot piece of 1/2" tubing attached. Run the tubing into a bucket, open the tap, let a couple of quarts run into the bucket. Close the tap, let it sit about 15 minutes, open tap and let remaining LLC run into bucket. Refill the keg with about four gallons of water and flush everything real well, again letting the water collect in the bucket. While I'm waiting on the LLC to do it's thing, I clean my regular spout. Reassemble regular spout, discard both LLC & rinse water and back in business. Simple, cheap, and effective.

Yes 1/2" is big but what prevents you from using a reducing coupler to get down to 5/16. Easy fix and these faucets are sooo much better than my old ones

These things are great. Love being able to thread a piece of tubing on the tap for growler fill. Ding it one star for being so damn wide. I wish it took a slightly more narrow piece of tubing but that's a minor complaint.
