I was skeptical at first. I thought it was a little awkward and more of a gimmick. The straps looked thick and making it difficult to clean the outside of the fermenter. However . . .After using it through 4 brews, I now realize that the harness has made the handling and the moving the fermenter much more easy. I don't have to fumble with the base when placing it in the fermenting chamber or messing around with it putting it in the sink for cleaning. I like it a lot and am glad I bought it.I did cut the excess strap length and sealed the cut ends with a lighter.

I can't wait to make a pressurized brew but I am having surgery tomorrow on my knee. I just had time bor a double batch of Belgian tripple to get me through til therapy. Lol!

I love the all rounder - great upgrade from a 6 gal plastic bucket! Being able to see through the fermenter to watch the progress is great for a new(er) brewer. I also stepped into brewing under pressure when I bought this (an additional $20 purchase with floating dip tube). It's amazing how under just 15-20 psi, fermentation can be finished in 3-4 days AND you can drink from the fermenter! After I bought the all rounder, I ordered the straps, a spunding valve, thermowell and Temp Twister cooling coil to go with it. I have installed and used the thermowell, which is great. I haven't installed the Temp Twister yet because I am using my kegerator for temp control for the time being. I think that the straps should definitely be included with the all rounder because it's pretty hard to move the fermenter safely without them. If you intend on installing the thermowell and/or Temp Twister, go ahead an order a replacement lid for the fermenter because you can't just remove them and still use the fermenter (because you will have holes in the lid). I would say that they should include a new lid with the Temp Twister, but since it can be used with almost any fermenter with a 4" opening, the buyer might not need the extra lid.

It is a good fermenter. Because I used the grease I had no issues trying to dissemble the fermenter after use.

I have not been able to use it with the all rounder yet due to the item being on backorder, however, I have been able to use it with the Fermzilla conical I have and it makes it so I don’t need to lift it by the stand the conical sits in. I had an issue where my Fermzilla stand had broken at the weld from carrying the fermenter by the stand. Now I am able to carry by the stainless handles around the lid and don’t need to worry about the stand breaking.

Makes moving the whole system much easier. No worring about moving the fermenter and stand.

This harness was recommended in the reviews and the reviewer was spot on. Cant imagine trying to move this fermenter full of wort by meself without it. Straps do get in the way of the wort heater i use. Not enough of a problem to not use however.

Handy. I could have made my own, but at the price, why bother.

The harness does keep the fermentor and base together but it does not tighten enough to keep the fernentor from being able to shift around on the base. Certainly better than dealing with an attached base.

Harness works well with All Rounder, but straps are much to long. You will have to decide to either cut them or roll up and fasten.

Great pressurized fermentor! Cleanup is a breeze. Can't go wrong for the price.
