I used 4% in a Cream Ale and it gave I a hint of sweetness. Exactly what I was trying for.

I have tried all the popular crystal malts and this is by a wide margin the most flavorful of any light colored malt. My next issue is decide on the best Munich.

I love using this to add some color and complexity; the sweet caramel flavors are great for just about any beer, though if you'r not careful they'll get overwhelmed by a lot of dark roast flavors in porters and stouts.

Crystal 15 is perfect for lighter blonde and pale ales. It will had a light toffee like flavor and minimal color to different styles of beer.
