        Absolutely Delicious!

        Bought this because the usual Columbian choice was out of stock. I'll be getting this one again for sure. This is a superb coffee for any price and MoreBeer can't be beat in a local grocery even considering my roasting time. (very fast shipping too!)

        Accurate description of flavor profile

        Great beans, roasted to medium or dark. Lots of flavor, pronounced acidity, and somewhat punchy body, but it's a deceptive sensation, as it progressively mellows in the mouth. This coffee is definitely a great complement to sweets and desserts.

        The Huila region is definitely something special. This works excellent not only for coffees, but amazingly well for espresso too, which is what I use it most for. All around great choice. Can't go wrong. I push the roast to 2C. Vienna degree.

        Roasted until 2nd crack for that chocolatey flavor. I usually dislike Colombian coffee, but this one is delicious! Strongly recommend full city + roast.
