The universe told me to try brewing my own beer so I listened. I ordered this Citra Session Pale along with a Blonde Ale. Both extract kits. The instructions were easy to follow, all of the ingredients were included, and my beers turned out awesome. I truly can't believe how great this recipe turned out.

This is by far one of the best beers I've ever brewed. I kegged this beer and it was gone 2 weeks after it carbonated.

If you're looking for a good, drink-it-every-day session IPA, look no further. This is the beer for you. It's easy to make and very easy drinking. I'm making it a permanent on-tap choice in my kegerator.

#1 problem, can't make it fast enough!! Believe I added 1 cup Quaker rolled oats to the specialty grains, = lace from top to bottom! Best beer I've had! Better than all day IPA hands down! Two week bottle conditioning + 1 week cold conditioning for best results. Will be my new staple beer. Boost %' add a little unrefined cane sugar to the end of the boil.

This is a very good low alcohol ale. I added an ounce of Amarillo to the dry hop of this ale. Makes a very nice hoppy finish.

Citra is one of my favorite hops, so this beer was killer. Not overpowering (it is a sessions), but still bringing home the flavor. Decent price too. Good bang for the buck.

Great flavor, body, and head. This was my first home brew and it was a great success! I would have paid much more for a case of this at the distributor and had the pride of doing it myself. Highly recommended and will purchase again.

This kit is a personal favorite of mine and of my friends who hang out near the keg. I brew it for every Thanksgiving now and have it out while deep frying turkeys in my backyard. So far, no keg of this beer has every made it until Black Friday. Easy to brew with consistently good results every time. It is also good with some of the Citra hops substituted with Amarillo hops. :)

Good flavor and nice bouquet. Hops come through well, but not overpowering.Easy to drink, and since it's a sessions it does not get you rocked after the first one. Give it a try!
