I use ours to clean ss barrels. Attach it to a water hose or our variable speed pump to rinse them. Not sure what size pump is on the unit but should work. What are you trying to do with the spray ball?

Not familiar with the pump on that system. The spray ball works well to clean my 640 liter fermenters. I use a blichmann riptide 7gpm pump. If your pump is similar it should do the job.

Disclaimer: Not an expert but have experimented with a few setups and describe what I do know: You can use SSBrewtech's sizing guide to extrapolate what you need (I cannot add links so search for ssbrewtech CIP comparison chart) This CIP ball looks to be about the same size as the SSBrewtech's 1.5" TC Ball but you need to consider GPM head pressure and your system's pipe lengths/bends to determine required values. I used the Blichmann RipTide (7 GPM) with a SSBrewtech 1.5" TC CIP ball to clean my Spike 15 Gallon Solo Bottom Drain system. The pressure is not impressive. But it did reduce scrub time. I also used a March AC-5C-MD 115V (17 GPM) with the 3" TC CIP Ball on my SSBrewtech 7gallon fermenter and never had to scrub a thing. It really depends on the length of your CIP run - if it's fairly short and very few elbows you can probably get away with the blichmann. Otherwise I'd recommend upgrading to the March or something similar. There is a lot of math you can use to calculate your system's required GPM and head pressure and use that to pick the right pump. A couple of things to know: 1. The blichmann has a max 7GPM and 21 feet of head pressure 2. The March I use has a max 21GPM and 27 feet of head pressure

This system comes with a built in pump. I am not sure why you would want to use a different pump.
