It does clean bottles better than the standard bottle brush but I find the handle quite uncomfortable after a few bottles. I put a dowel through the hanger loop which makes it much more comfortable.

Just fits in the mouth of my bottles. I wish the bristles were a bit wider to better fit the bottom of the bottles I'm using. The wire gauge is very sturdy.
