2nd Brew with Robobrew. Just kegged the other day. Not fully carbonated yet but couldn’t resist a glass. Better than expected. Will be brewing more of this.

Needed a little more body and bitterness when using a Brew in a Bag technique (I would recommend adding another half ounce of hops and 2 lbs of 2 row malt)

This beer was a surprise to me. It has an excellent crisp flavor with a clean finish. The bitter factor is very mellow and this beer has the character of a lager which I was not expecting. This will be my second brewing of this recipe as the first 5 gallons went so quickly. Easy to brew yet a seemingly more complex taste. My friends & fellow brewers all had a great response to this brew. If you are looking for something slightly different to add to your beer menu you might want to give this recipe a try.

This is the first recipe I have put in a kegging system. I must say that the flavor of this brew is fantastic. It has a very crip & clean flavor almost like a lager but not overpowering and is very pleasing to the palate. If you have friends who have not tried your home brew or have thought that your brews have been a little to bold for them please do yourself a favor and brew this ESB. They will be impressed with the smoothness, nice color & head, but most of all the very clean flavor and finish. This is one for summer gatherings and watching sports with your buddies in the "Man Cave". Brew, enjoy, and have your tip jar ready!
