I formerly brewed in 5-gallon batches.Whether extract or whole grain this is somewhat cumbersome no matter how you boil and process. These smaller size kits will allow me to brew more often and sample different styles. Unfortunately Our weather has kept me from brewing until this week! First batch is on the stove.
