        IT stays closed in the boil pot when I anchor the string to the handle of the pot

        Hey its a mesh bag that is fine enough to keep most of the hop pellet in the bag.

        Works great for adding hops to the boil kettle. Easier to remove after the 1 hour boil than the metal cylindrical ones that hang from the inside sides of the boil kettle. Also less chance of a boil over when keeping the flame at a hard boil. The metal cylindrical ones somehow cause boil overs when the flame is high, and there is no breeze or air blowing over the top of the kettle.
