Beautiful Recipe. I'm new to brewing all grain and my first few batches were terrible. This one came out beautifully. Maybe because I got a temperature controlled fermenter, but everything worked out well.

I made this from extract. The yeast for the kit was not in stock, so i ended up getting a different yeast. The yeast partied like it was 1999 and the larger came out to 8.1%! I am defiantly making this again and will continue to make it! Cons:Only have the ability to make 5 gallons at a time!

This one proves that keeping it simple produces better results. Clean, crisp and smooth, very easy to drink. Rich, yet delicate hoppy aftertaste stays in your palette memory for days. I will repeat, it's very easy to drink, you just want more of it after each glass. I finished it within days after bottling, it's just irresistible. It would definitely have been better still if allowed to mature at the correct temperature, which I will try next time. I will definitely stick with this recipe for a while.

I just sampled some of this I made five weeks ago. Pretty good but a bit hop heavy. I was expecting something more Dos Equis. I may change the hop sched on the next batch. Maybe just use liberty and saaz. Again good but a little more hop than I like.
