The pressure kit for our MiniUni™-series gives you full control of the fermentation and carbonation process.
This new version has an updated polyketone housing with a 2" port that is perfect for our 2" HopDrop kit for dry hopping under pressure.
It includes a custom designed food grade composite 4" TC top with a Brewtools designed stainless steel mini spunding valve, a pressure gauge and our stainless steel ball locks for gas and liquid. A stainless steel pull-type PRV ensures easy pressure relief and doubles as a safety feature.
We include an M16 to 7mm barb fitting, a silicone tube, a stainless steel floating ball with tube attachment as a standard collection setup. (Stainless steel M16 pipes are offered separately as an optional collection system).

The Quantor MiniChilly 17 is highly recommended by Brewtools for chilling their F-series Unitanks. These glycol chillers are compact, high-quality units often used in professional settings. This steam condensers fits 2" ports (B50, B100, B180 steam hats) and uses cold water to cool the steam until it becomes a liquid that runs out of the condenser to a bucket or directly to the drain. The unit is an excellent alternative to a ventilation system.
The unit ships with a nozzle that supplies 0.29 gallons of water per minute at 4 bar (58 psi) pressure. We also offer other nozzles that offers higher or lower flow depending on the water pressure where the system is used and other factors (sold separately).

A TC34mm elbow is recommended for the water inlet
Please take not that you need much less power to keep the boil going with this device, and the risk of the wort boiling over is high when too much power is used, so make sure to take the necessary precautions. To sustain the vacuum, the drain tube from the condenser must not have any counterpressure. We recommend draining to a bucket where the tube is not submerged in the water, or suspend the tube directly over a floor drain.

Our patented CleanCore™ 3-way valve sets a new standard for sanitary valve design in brewing and process applications. It has been engineered with a strong focus on hygiene, ease of maintenance, and long-term reliability.
Only two components come into contact with the process fluid: the injection-molded EPDM liner and the stainless steel V-Core valve core. By eliminating unnecessary cavities, crevices, and hidden internal spaces, the design minimizes areas where residue, bacteria, or contaminants can accumulate.
The EPDM liner is a replaceable wear component that can be exchanged in just a few minutes without special tools, making routine maintenance quick and cost-effective while maintaining optimal sanitary performance.
The sealing force between the valve core and the liner can be adjusted using a screw located beneath the handle. This allows the valve to be fine-tuned for the ideal balance between smooth operation and reliable sealing, while also compensating for normal wear over time.
The valve body is manufactured from POK (Polyketone), a highly durable engineering polymer offering excellent chemical resistance and dimensional stability. The handle and valve core are manufactured from 304 stainless steel for outstanding strength, wear resistance, and corrosion protection.
