The malt bill consists of nearly 100% pilsner malt for a super-clean base and bright straw color in the glass. And now for the West Coast spin. Rather than a dash of noble hops, this recipe includes a healthy addition of Pacific Northwest and Southern Hemisphere hops in the boil, whirlpool, and dry hopping. The end result is a true “best of both worlds” beer.
